This
link will take you to the American Kite Flyers Association's
website, where you can read the rulebooks on competition. The
main body of rules comes from the International Rule Book Committee
(IRBC). Be sure to get the Competitors, Judges and finally an
AKA supplemental rulebook that you should check out. Oh, don't
forget the Compulsories Manual that spells out all of the precision
figures as well. Man that's a lot o' stuff! |

Design's IRBC Competition Figure Animations

If
you are not sure how that precision figure is really supposed to go,
this will help. Roy Reed has done a great job of creating an
animated version of ALL of the IRBC figures. WOW, now that's a
love for the sport. A big THANKS!!! |
